Monthly Board of Director Meetings

These meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month.  Meetings begin at 7:30 pm at the Charlton Forge clubhouse.

Annual Homeowners Meeting

The annual Homeowner's meeting is usually held the second Tuesday of May at Hickory Hills Elementary School.  This meeting begins at 7:30 sharp. 

If you only choose to attend one board meeting, this is the one.  It is crucial that we have a quorum at this meeting to elect the next years directors and vote for any relevant annual business including the annual budget.

Memorial Day Swim Party

This is held from 3 to 7 pm on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.

Fourth of July Parade

Have your children decorate their bikes, skateboards, in-line skates, or themselves and join the parade from the clubhouse to the lower tennis courts.

Visit Santa

Santa drops-in to the clubhouse
